Estudio de propiedades magnéticas de la aleación Fe81Si6B8P4Cu1 elaborada con materiales de baja pureza
Abstract
Magnetic properties of the Fe81Si6B8P4Cu1 alloy, synthesized as completely amorphous ribbons from low purity materials selected for its low costs and high availability, are studied. Non annealed ribbons exhibit excellent soft magnetic properties with a coercive field of 11 A/m, relative permeability of 13,000 at 100 kHz, magnetic losses per cycle of 7 mJ/kg at 50 Hz and a saturation magnetization of 1.6 T. After annealing a significant increase in the relative permeability, reaching values of 30,000 at 100 kHz, is observed. However, maximum induction at 500 A/m remains constant, the coercivity slightly increases to values of 13.5 A/m and the magnetic losses have no improvement.
