El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación es presentar una crítica a la medición de la satisfacción estudiantil como un parámetro de calidad en la educación superior. La creciente mercantilización de la educación superior que, desde una lógica empresarial, ha llevado a la consideración del estudiante como un simple “cliente” es actualmente objeto de amplio cuestionamiento y aquello ha determinado el interés en este estudio
